On health. Explanations and suggestions.

I know, in a world that basic human needs aren t met, talking about a healthy environment is an oasis/a delusion. It d be fair to say that spaces which focus on healing, hospitals and clinics to begin with, should be doing exactly that. Provide healing. It s quite devastating to visit these places and witness how much we lack the spine to act towards loving ourselves and others. White empty spaces with beds and a smell(if you re lucky)of disinfectants and chloride. Having forgotten our bodies are made of earth, literally a combination of minerals, yet using chemicals to sterilize our environments. This simple fact, is enough to indicate how much we ve lost contact with our true selves.

This is just said to scratch the surface of the issue. Colourless, tasteless, a bad joke with the human factor more and more on decline at all levels. Our fear of going to health institutions isn t identical to fear of death. This fear is born out of our dislike and deep inner knowledge that such environments move us further away from our core health rather than empowering us. Yes, such institutions may play a crucial role in saving someone’s life but that doesn t change the fact they are the most unwanted soulless places for humans.

Health institutions need to rehab, nurture, educate, recalibrate a human to his/her optimal health. If, our governments trully cared for citizens, they d focus on educating health programs. Diet, exercise, mindfulness, all vital parts of our health would be addressed. Health institutions would be less burdened if this was implemented. Less people would get sick and need to be hospitalized. And if/when they did, the system could/would focus on recovery and bringing the individual back to his/her full health capacity and remind her/him how to be proactive. This approach is caring and nurturing.
As one might expect, I have my own ideas about what s right or wrong in relation to health and acted upon them throughout my life. Hospitals should be spaces that people feel confident and safe to walk in. What we have is a parking space in an environment that we are taught can t be anything more than it is, unless we go to a private clinic and pay more. Should I discuss privatization too? I mean, seriously, how is it that they just told us “health insurances fail to support us appropriately” and we were silenced? What if you paid all your life what they called “insurance” so in case of emergency or old age you needed to trust that this insurance would provide for you in a descent way and have your back?

2024 I see what I expected after the years of pandemic. Rather than investing on health regimes, They break down the same health system that was expected to be effective during the pandemic. It s only that it wasn t effective, and the need for better measures that one would thing would follow the devastation, never did. You don t have to be a genius, yet here we are seeing that being a genius is a delusional state of a dreamer/visionary.

But going back to what I meant to tell you. If there was one thing to be taught after what we experienced globally, what would it be?

Be health proactive.
We need to be in charge of our health.
Health belongs in astrology to the house of daily activities, meaning, it s a thing we have to do and act upon daily, not only when we are sick. And it s even more ineteresting and so very logical, that if we fail to care for our health daily, we end up dealing with chronic illnesses. Chronic illness in astrology belong to the opposite house of our daily activities. It s logical in the sense that if you fail to care daily, you end up seriously ill and often get hospitalized.

How do you care daily about your health?
Diet, exercise, supplementation, good sleep, good strong mindset(positive thinking), stay away from toxic environments at all levels ie chemicals, polluted areas, toxic relationships, toxic /self distractive behaviors.

(Please contact me if you d like to know more relating to the topic and how to create a shift in your health through daily practices/acts).

PS I m not a doctor. I m a Psychologist and a holistic therapist. I don t believe one method works for all. If you break your leg you need to go to the doctor. I can help you on your recovery and overall wellness. I can help you shift your energy and mindset. I can walk you through the process of transformation especially after you got trully sick. You see I view illness as a window of opportunity for true transformation.

With love,

E.P
