What s right for this month, Virgo season

This is the month to be practical, get organized around matters of daily life and create some routines that will support you on the months ahead.
August was painful as it brought painful reveals, shocking but also in slow motion to make them even more horrific. The things you realized can now be placed on the table and put in order.
Virgo wants perfection, wants purification, a clear research and organisation that can be microscopic in nature.
After the dramatic Leo Augustan(oh that s a nice word)vibes, we need some cleansing and taking care of day to day life.
You need to focus on your diet(I m not just suggesting, it s the right time), create an exercise program, take supplements to prepare for the weather and challenges ahead.
Digestion issues, allergies and of course immunity are placed on your plate. You HAVE to take charge or someone else(a virus, bacterias etc)will take over.
Take the time to relax, breath, meditate, do yoga, walk. Your nervous system is EXTREMELY sensitive right now. If you are sensitive anyway, multiply it by 10. If you re not as sensitive. still you might experience anxiety, sleep disturbances, digestion issues or lowered immunity.
It s also a good period to detox, if this is something that attracts you. Detoxing could apply to your house(cleansing), your diet, and anything else that needs it. Work and health wise.
